Julie Andrews. I’m sure she is still a very recognizable figure. She’s known as Mary Poppins and Maria in Sound of Music. You may also notice her from Victor Victoria where she played a woman playing a man who impersonates women (Quite a mouthful, wouldn’t you say?). Lately you may notice her in many movies, such as The Princess Bride and Shrek.
Oh, did you know she played Cinderella? Ah, one movie I simply HAVE to see. I’ll get back to you on that one.
But, for today, I am concentrating on The Sound of Music.
Going up the walls doing somersaults, that trick took a couple of days.
This blonde bombshell appears in There’s No Business Like Show Business, but the singing voice you hear is not hers… It belonged to a lady named Dolores Gray!
